RULE: RECORDS ONLY PRIVATE (Downloads\phone backup 23rd sep) is read-only. Never add, edit or delete anything in it.
All Claude working files live in Desktop\claude records work.

JOB: read every file in RECORDS ONLY PRIVATE (skip spreadsheets), then give
 1) refusals / signposting / discharges
 2) inconsistencies and lies across the records
 3) things written as Rocky's words that he would not have said

DONE
- RA1-RA7 and letters 1-7 fully read. Tally: 98 entries, 83 distinct (Desktop\claude records work\_claude_ocr\tally.txt and denials list).
- Text extracted for all 281 smaller files and most of the big ones (zip: records_text_partial_26sep.zip, and _claude_ocr\txt).
- Big scanned files split into 78 chunks (Desktop\claude records work\_chunks); 40 of 78 OCR'd at time of writing.

TO DO
- OCR the remaining chunks (any not present in the zip). Script: _claude_ocr\extract_all.sh (PC side, resumable); point it at Desktop\claude records work\_chunks.
- Read everything and produce the three lists.

RESUME: tell Claude: open Desktop\CLAUDE BOOKMARK - records read.txt and carry on from it.
